I opened a booth 3 days ago. I selected the silver package and opted into the 9% advertising option. I was told that my items would be advertised in Google shopping and 2 other Bonanza forms of advertising. I have googled my items and they are not being advertised and I have not received a single view on my items. I have contacted Bonanza and am waiting on a resolution, but I’d like to close my booth and remove my credit info in the meantime. Any suggestions on how to do that? At least on eBay I get views immediately.

Following google rules to be placed in google shopping is a must for other sites and older stronger links (ie your ebay links) will show before the newer, less reputation links..
The best way to check to see if/what items google accepted is to go to

Feed Diagnostics
Click on your US ID number for google feed and it will show which items are listed in google (this shows the items….google shopping ranking in searches comes with time)
You can also initiate a feed status review to see which of your items google has rejected, so that you can make them google compliant
Buyers go to selling sites like ebay and amazon, everywhere else you must depend on google ranking and reputation. Your store here or anywhere else will have to build reputation, have good strong back links, keywords and be google compliant.
It will take time
Go for the free booth, get things in order, make sure the feed is in good condition and build a rep…then consider upgrading to a membership if you so desire.
Since you just signed up..it is probably on the 30 day free trial
Go to membership and click on the cancel link so that the membership does not renew
If you do not wish to do this…then go to Account Settings

Searching for “Bavaria Schumann Arzberg”, in eBay results Your item is not on the first 3 pages (didn’t check more of them).
In Bonanza search it is twice on the first page! Yes, both of Your listings with this plate are on the first [URL removed] [URL removed] (one listing is on the first place and the second – in the third row).
In Google searches items from other ‘older’ shops and top rated sellers are shown first, e.g.
the same plate in a lot ([URL removed] also if Google consider listing as duplicated, they will not be shown.
So, why don’t You try to have first a free booth with the 9% advertising option to see, how it works and to give some time to establish here, before membership shop?

Also, please, check in batch edit (Search Optimize) to make sure that all the attributes are correct.
