My item is 33 lb. and requires a 28×17×15 inch box. USPS Ground is the best way to ship it but is not an option on the listing template. Help?
Hello OldManAttic,
Thank you for your question.
Since USPS Ground is not an option on the template, we recommend that you go to USPS directly to purchase the shipping label.

Frustrating, huh? Since you have no idea who your buyer will be, or where they are located, and that location is paramount to figuring the cost of shipping.
The best thing you can do is include a statement in the listing saying the item will be shipped via USPS Ground and interested buyers should contact you BEFORE BUYING, including their zip code in the message. You can then find the correct shipping cost to their zip code, and let them know the cost ASAP.
Yes… it’s a bumpy path… all very detrimental to a quick sale, but at this time the only option I can think of. Hopefully your potential buyer will want the item, hang in there, and communicate the information you need.
Good luck!

On the listing template, I believe “USPS Parcel Post” is the same as USPS Ground.
Also, you don’t have to use Bonanza shipping to get your mailing label. You can use another platform (eg, PirateShip or Paypal), purchase the label there, then on Bonanza you just mark the order as shipped (from the order details page) and then add the tracking number.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
