I sold an item and purchased a shipping label but then realized I forgot to put tracking on it. How do I cancel that label and purchase/print another one for the same order?

In this particular situation, the shipping label was purchased for a first class envelope, for which there is no tracking available.

I THINK this is the way to do it….
click on the item sold, it will take, on the next screen you should see the item sold, the person sold to, and at the bottom the tracking number. I THINK this is where it is done.

look at your label carefully,…does it have a bar code at the bottom with a number…
if so then it has tracking.
As far as I know tracking numbers come with all labels automatically..but then I don’t use Bonz’s shipping (I use paypal for shipping)..so I do not know if it is done differently…
As to cancelling the label, you have to contact support…

Like ccmom mentioned, I too have never used Bonanza for labels and always use Paypal. That being said, I too find it hard to believe that tracking is not on a label created electronically. Before you get into cancelling or contacting support, you might just want to take the easy way out this time and take it to the PO and BUY tracking for it at the counter. If it already has tracking on it, they can tell you at the counter also and point you to the number. Please let us know how you made out.
