My card won’t let me buy things in dollars so I need to change the currency but still pay the same price.

The price that the seller has on the item will remain the same regardless of what currency you want to pay with. However, you can have the seller’s price converted to YOUR currency on the listing and during checkout.
On the bottom left corner of Bonanza’s website page, there is a currency/country link that will let you see prices in your currency. Basically, the amount reflected on the item takes into account the currency exchange rate between USA dollars and your currency.
Of course, you should make sure that the seller is selling outside the USA before purchasing any item.
