How do i change the prices of each of my booth items?

I have been trying to find out how to go about changing my prices on each of my individual items in my booth. I have not found any information on how to do so, but have discovered the bulk edit feature, which is what I am not needing to do, as each item would need a different price. I hope that I am not confusing anyone… if so, please just let me know.

I think this is why we have only sold one item since joining. It is a very time consuming task to have to open up each listing and change the pricing. If anyone has any advice or help with this issue.. please feel free to share. Thanks so much in advance for any help or advice, as we really appreciate it very much!! Take care and have a great weekend!! May God bless!!

Fastest way is to use the Batch Edit feature.

Select one item, click on Set price and add the new price. Click on Apply changes green button.

Repeat on each one you want to do. Much faster than opening each individual item page.

Good luck and happy selling!

Thanks so much!! I wish I had known that before… I spent over 2 hours working on editing pricing. Now I know how to do that it will be a lot easier. Thanks again & MGB!! Good luck with sales!!

Is there a way to raise all prices by a certain percentage or amount at once?

I don’t think so. All I have been able to find is changing the price to a specific number. However, you can still save time if you filter by price in batch edit and change that group at one time. Like filter for all at $14.95, change to 11.95, Then all at $19.95, change to $16.95, etc.

Yes, see below….

As SegundaVez says batch edit (which is called Update Items as a Group)

Item Basics
Select Set Price fill in box
Select Item(s) to change
Click on Apply Changes

If you would like to edit items individually

Upper left corner
Sell on Bonanza or use drop down menu
Add or Edit Items
Mouse over item and

Edit
Delete
Duplicate

select edit
Scroll down to bottom
Change price
Save Changes

Once done making all your changes, hit the Update Booth button (not really necessary, but it does kickstart the google feed to send updated information)

For jenrun

To change prices by a certain percentage
Update Items as a Group (Batch edit)
Item Basics
The box at top…over to the right

Select
Apply [URL removed] %
Fill in discount
Select Items
Select Apply to Items

reversing the discount [URL removed]

percentage_to_change_by = (desired_price – current_price)/current_price

In the case of making a $9 become $10 again,

percentage_to_change_by = ($10 – $9)/$9 = 1/9 = 11.1%. or putting .111 in the apply discount box

Always test your figures on a few or one item to be sure it is doing what you want it to do

Thanks for your help!

Thanks, CindyBear! I hadn’t figured that out and that is going to be very helpful!

You CAN raise all prices by a certain percentage.

1. Goto “Selling” → “Items” → “Batch Edit” → “Item basics”
2. Use “Apply discount” field with NEGATIVE discount % value
3. Select required items and press “Apply changes” button.
