Figured out myself – had to go into my Stripe account and there was a place there to take care of it.

Yes, why does it seem that the Help response is AI generated. I keep getting the same answer which is standard instead of a specific answer to my question. I had buyer buy same thing which I refunded $10 part of shipping which was over calculated. But I do not know how to ask for a partial refund on my fees.

well lets say you use PayPal you woud go there to refund money then come back to bonanza and show them the PayPal refund from the sale, then Bonanza will refund the amount they charged you.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
