Any messages sent through the bonz system should be there (inbox, sent and saved)…older messages disappear, after a while.
Any messages sent to your email from bonanza, you will have to check you email folders

There are many ways to retrieve messages from bonanza and one of the easiest ways is to check your Email inbox for spam or sent messages. I think you can contact their help and support email to get your messages and sharing their choice on this [URL removed] page with each other to make capability.
