I previously gave negative feedback on a seller. They have now refunded me for the item I purchased. I would like to change my feedback from negative to neutral.

Thanks for reaching out and we are so happy to hear that you were able to resolve your issue with the seller directly. Feedback can only be altered by a buyer within the first 30 days of a transaction. If your order date was more than a month ago and you would like to remove the feedback from the seller’s profile, please let us know at our support department and we will be happy to assist you.

I dont believe you can. that is why I always thought there should be a waiting period on giving feedback, but i think once its posted, that’s it. its there.

Contact support. It’s just data and CAN be changed if support will find it in their heart to do so. Feedback is not carved in tablets of stone. With all the scamming done to sellers, one can understand why a seller may be cautious to reimburse.

this doesn’t tell where a buyer can leave their initial feedback. would like to know how to describe this to a buyer but as a seller, i have not seen it from that side and do not know.
