When purchasing here there is a menu on the side that one can narrow down to show
Shipping from USA.
Under Refine Your Search.
Easiest way I know to make sure where purchase is being made.
Sorry this happened but please continue to shop here as shops are individual and many are based in the USA.
Hope you get as promised from the seller.

if you used paypal..you should be able to go into your paypal account and get all the details of the purchase, including the seller’s info and email…
also just click on any item in the seller’s booth, it will tell you where it is coming from…
Items in you cart will also tell you location the items ships from…
If you are not getting any response, please contact support…

Sorry this happened to you.
I would send an email to [email protected] with the details to see if they can help.
You may just have to file for an “item not received” through your payment processor (Paypal, Amazon Pay) to get your money back.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
