They say it takes around 24hours to get a reply, I paid to have my account unsuspended due to fee’s, it’s been 4 days now and I’ve sent 2 emails which they’ve not replied to and the account is still suspended. There was a fee to have it unsuspended and then there was the normal selling fee’s I’ve paid both and added a valid card.
[URL removed] this is a second account I have had to create in order to ask this question as my other account is locked to only being able to access the payment/bills page, which I have already completed.

@deucesoftware, sorry that you are not having a good experience. We usually are able to get to most support requests within 24 hours but some do require more manual review than others (and also are not reviewed as promptly over the weekend).
We would highly recommend that you do not open up additional accounts until the matter is resolved.
