Hi, I just registered and picked a username I am not happy with. Can I change it and if so, how? Thank you.

Hi and Welcome to Bonanza. Yes, You can change your user name by clicking on the link at the top right side of your page (next to your username) that says My Bonanza. Then Select Account Settings on the Left hand side of the screen. At the far right hand side of the screen that pops up you’ll see an Other Options Tab, select that tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page, there under Cancellation Options you’ll see an Icon that says Change Username, click on that icon and a box will pop up with this dialog All username change requests must be approved by support. Please enter your desired username below to request that support change your username. Once you are satisfied with the name change click submit to send your requested name change. I would then click on the Save Changes box at the very bottom of the page. I’m not positive that it is required after sending your request but just to be on the safe side I’d click save changes.

Once you change your user name, then you need to go in and change your booth name, if you want them to match (they don’t have to). Go to “Sell On Bonanza” then click on “Edit Booth Options” and just type in your new booth name.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
