The way to do it is to use calculated shipping. That will figure cost by weight and distance. However, it is VERY important that it is done from the location of the product, not of your booth if you drop-ship. For instance, if your booth is in Texas but your supplier is in Illinois and that is where the item will be shipped from, make sure that is the address you have listed as your location. If your items coming from another country shipping should be the same for all states.

You cannot. The best you can do is set up calculated shipping with weight so that the shipping is calculated according to zip code location and location of shipping
You will have to enter the shipping weights of all your items if you choose to do it this way.
