The word “FEEDBACK” does not appear when you go to an item in your booth. Bonanza changed

You can go to an item in your booth, click on Feedback, then scroll down and on the left hand side of the screen is feedback left for others.

Thank You—-I could not remember – and I could not find it

Go to “MY Bonanza” and on the left Feedback is in the list. Click on Feedback and you have a choice to see Feedback left for you and Feedback you left for others!

About the only way I figure..is to click on Items Sold or Items Bought and click on the Feedback number of the buyer or seller..then scroll to the fb you left

Say for example if I were the Buyer and for some reason the Seller would lag on my order. So I left Feedback that was Neutral but not +. Now i see that my order is on its way I want to reverse my Feedbak to Positive is there a way?

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
