How to use google related searches to our advantage?

Hey guys GAMEJAMMERS here.heard some talk on YouTube videos that I should add keywords from the Google related search after I type in a subject, would that be a good idea? For example for I type in Gameboy

Gameboy Micro

Old Gameboy

Blue Gameboy

That all pops up in the related search so for example for my gameboy listing should I type the keywords

“Blue” and “old” and “Micro” in my description?

You can always sign up for an Adwords account without paying for an ad campaign, and then that would allow you to use Google’s Keyword Planner. That gives you a ton of more suggestions, and tells you how many times certain words or phrases were searched for each month. You can break it down by searches in certain countries or worldwide.

It’s much more accurate and gives you better keywords than Google suggest or Related Searches (and thus, potentially more traffic). I’ve been making a living doing this keyword research for people lately (elsewhere).

It’s super easy, but much more time consuming. Just a suggestion.

But yes, using related search as a quick and sloppy way to find words or LSI keywords folks search for commonly is better than not doing any keyword research.

Just don’t use google suggest, as it’s based on recent search queries from your own computer.

The title and first 250 characters of a descript are most important. There are tons of SEO articles on it. Just getting started with the above info will get you started![URL removed] Good luck and happy sales.

Keywords are very important..but do be careful..google is now penalizing keyword stuffing

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
