I am a buyer. bought an item with a freebie - but how do i get my freebie?

I recently purchased an item that offered one free item with each purchase, but I don’t know how to get my free item!

Can anyone please help? For this particular purchase I contacted the seller and she sent me my free item via e-mail, but for future use I’m just wondering what I did wrong in the process. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

Always best to check what is the freebie, most sellers have them listed in the booth with a zero amount. I have Freebies listed but advise people to mail me to claim it. Every booth is different, some Freebie items can be added to your shopping cart.

Welcome to Bonanza. Your question has so many possible answers depending on the booth and how that booth owner is handling their wares.

Apparently in your situation, an emailed item was the freebee.

In my case, I have a category of freebees. I don’t promise a freebee with purchase but offer a freebee with purchase. All a buyer has to do is go to the freebee category and if he/she finds something they like, just add it to the cart with the item being purchased.

Other sellers I know of, just pick something to send to you along with your purchase.

One of the great things about Bonanza, is each booth owner is given a reasonable amount of freedom to run their business they way they see fit.

I’m glad you contacted your seller and that you got your freebee. Hope you’ll visit Bonanza the next time you have the urge to shop online. :)
