How do I get that little yellow button to change to green as my auctions won’t go on until I get it changed to green but they show up but are not viewable to the buyers. Thanks.

“![URL removed] Items ready to post: This item has the fields necessary to be posted for sale. You just need to click the ‘Activate Booth’ (or ‘Update Booth’ if your account has already been activated) button for it to be visible to buyers.”
https://www.bonanza.com/booths/Flippo/edit
“![URL removed] Incomplete: You saved this item without giving it a title, price or category (or checking the ‘Freebie’ box, if you intended it to be free). Make sure these fields are filled out and re-save it for it to become ‘Ready for Sale’.”
“The only mandatory fields on the New item form are “Title,” “Price” (or “Freebie”, if the item is free) and “Category” fields. Everything else is optional, though the more fields you fill out, the easier it will be for buyers to search for and find your item. Keep in mind that many search engines require particular traits to be filled out in order to publish your listings to their platforms."

I guess this answer was meant for somebody else (a buyer probably?).
“Questions of a personal nature are not allowed.”
Flippo’s query was not of “a personal nature” – listings’ info is a public data, so if some part is missing “title, price or category”, it can be suggested/discussed on forum (as in a helpful answer of Brenda), so other members, especially those new to B-za, can see it as well (this also helps B. support team to receive less tickets regarding this kind of issues).
[URL removed] “why does your answer show the OP (Flippo) as the respondent?”
I think it can happen, when a support employee is checking an account and forget to log out before posting an answer here.
However, due to a sensitive matter of data online, shouldn’t it be technically prevented from occurring? (e.g. some warning “Are you sure you want to post from this account?” or – even better – a block function with [URL removed] “In order to post on forum, you need to leave this buyer/seller account and do it from yours”).

I was having same issues because I was new and still in review. Than I had a bigger issue could not receive text code # to update booth and they kind of fixed it for me below is an email. All I can suggest is to keep emailing support nothing more you can do.

Hi Pam,
Thanks for reaching out. We were able to bypass the phone verification for this account. Generally when a phone number cannot be verified by our third party system, the account cannot proceed, but we’ve made an exception to the remove the requirement in this case. You should be able to proceed now. Have a good day!
Kind regards,

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
