I just made a sale at a price of $18.94, but this item is listed on ebay for $22.50

I have no idea on how the discrepancy happened and although a little off is fine, but I am uncomfortable with such a difference in price and feel it is unfair to my ebay customers let alone takes a way a larger amount from my profits. I am a bit discouraged as the support here is poor and there is no phone communications with staff?

If all Your products have different (lower) prices, maybe You haven’t unmarked the discount option check box during importing items from eBay (?)

If it’s the only one, let us know, so we can figure out something else.
E.g. Please, check also, which amount is credited to You after all, because sometimes B. sells to Buyer cheaper, but the seller receives the original price, because B. waives its fee (it’s so called “Employee discount”):

You can always contact B. support here https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/contact_us or at [email protected] and they will answer You.

Phone support is for sellers with some membership and for webstore [URL removed]

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
