You need to contact the person (seller) you bought the item from for that information. Nobody else here would know that.

See misskeech's booth

Go to your account dashboard and look for "purchases’ on the left hand column. Your order should come up when you click on that.

If you have a confirmation number, you should be able to view the items movement but even the Post Office cannot predict with certainty when your item will arrive as there are factors out there right now such as HUGE Christmas Mail VOLUMES and other minor things such as weather issues and POWER FAILURES at AIRPORTS that hinder item movement. Once the seller hands it over to the carrier, they have no control on how fast the item will move thru the system (any more than you can). Just have patience during the holiday season.

I ordered my product November 24th and it stated it was “shipped” November 27th- I have yet to see my purchase and I’ve contacted the seller and they have no information as well- how is that possible that they can’t even track it, if we’re provided tracking information- which mine is useless because it says nothing.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
