I sold an item here on bonanza and the payment is shown to be completed but no record in paypal?

I went into paypal to print a label for a item that sold here on the 12th, and there is no record of the payment. When I click on the paypal # off the sale record it takes me to a logged in paypal that looked like mine but it was in German across the top? That one showed the payment. I called paypal and they told me it was a known glitch for the past week and he(the customer service rep) saw the payment and just go ahead and ship. Ah, no. I will email the customer and ask them to please wait until the payment shows up. Has anyone else had this problem? I don’t usually check in paypal for each payment but I may have to now.

Yes. You have to ship it. I know it sucks that you can’t print a shipping label but it’s not the buyer’s fault that PayPal has problems & unlikely they’ll even believe it.

heard paypal has been glitching quite a lot…many think it has to do with the reauthorization…but I have seen questions on other sites about it also..

many say they have to go in and accept the payment…but that usually shows at the top of your activity page if that was so…

others have said that the payment shows but several hrs to a day later…this is the first I have seen with 3 days

problems reported on the 12th and on the 14th
