Well…We used to do them but it is cheaper to have them done out now. When we did..WE still do in house silk screening on mugs. Gives a much better image quality for quantity. We still do the others outlab style and sell them at $9.00 so it is next to imposible to make your price point as good unless you are selling or buying a couple of 1000 mugs.
But for suplies there are several in your very town or close to city.
The actual di-sub inks will depend upon the printer.
We used to buy the di-sub sheets out of Australia for a few cents per hundred but you have to order several hundred.
A general google search will give you your closest supplier or your cheapest supplier, keep in mind you will end up importing your mugs from china these days and it can become costly.
I talk to much..I should just say this is a no-profit market. There is just too much competition and you will do as well to negotiate with a local supplier like I do for our Bonanzle mugs.
