Identifying a pattern for some plates

Hello.

I’ve had this listing for a while and I’m not sure what the pattern name is. This may be why I have not sold it yet as many Mottahedeh plates are being purchased and in demand.

The original stickers are on the plates but they do not tell me the exact pattern. I’m thinking if the original box was present that it would have the pattern name on it but I do not have it.

Can someone direct me to a site that has knowledge of rare patterns or maybe you even know the pattern name?

I did a google image search, looks like it is the “Mandarin Floral Bouquet” pattern. Very pretty.

Hi, it looks like a combination of two patterns. I think the plate itself is the Scroll Dessert pattern MO-S8932 (see below) and the Mandarin Bouquet pattern was added to it by transfer. At the official Mottahedeh web site there are blogs about the Scroll pattern that says it was re-introduced in Fall 2009 but it doesn’t show the Mandarin basket on the plates.
I’ve included the web site Replacements, LTD. that show the patterns and the Blogs from the Mottahedeh web site. I also included a retail store that had it listed for sale. Neither patterns show a mixed plate like yours so it could be an issue. You could e-mail Mottahedeh Inc. and ask about the pattern too. [email protected]

I am REALLY sorry that I did not come back to this thread sooner. I do not usually do this…it’s just been busy offline for me.

I am grateful for the posts and comment left. Finally, I will know what to name it and now I get to have fun seeing what they are worth (or at least I hope the price I can put it for makes it fun lol)….or at least I can finally know the price I can put it for so that they will sell.

The green felt tabs on the back might be holding me back on the price I can put it for considering the original stickers are on them. I’ll have to figure out how to remove them since I do not think they were originally sold with the felt tabs…

Coming back to add that I’m still not sure what to put it for. There are a few on eBay but I think priced to cheap.

I totally agree that growing bonsai helps to relax. It’s also very beautiful to look at. And it fits in beautifully with almost any design. I ordered myself this link [URL removed] bonsai ottawa. They provide free delivery to the Ottawa and Gatineau areas when you order online. Also check out the juniper bonsai kit for your own hands.
