I have been trying to import my items from Ebay and it no longer works. It used to work but stopped over a year ago. I just tried to cue it again and nothing happens. I checked Ebay to make sure my permission to import was still valid and I can see it so I don’t think it’s that. Any suggestions how to get it working again?

Sorry to hear of the troubles @buyersnirvana. We see that you started an import and then canceled it. We’ve recently been experiencing a large number of sellers importing a LOT of items which has put our importers a little behind. We recommend that you let the import run its course once you start it for the best results. It will complete but may take a little longer than normal.
