Imported items won't post

I have two accounts that I recently reopened. On one account, the eBay sync went off without a hitch. All items are there and visible, ready to be purchased.

On this account, all of the items imported, but only 90 out of over 800 have posted. I have a message telling me to update my booth so the rest will post. I have been trying this for 2 days now. I have tried to bulk edit them all for sale and that didn’t work.

What do I need to do to get my items posted and seen? Beyond frustrated right now.

if they are listed under the Items ready to post and are not posting, perhaps you need to contact support

Also for google shopping feed, you need to comply with google rules and condition is not supposed to be in the titles…could be these what is preventing the rest from going live, they need to be edited

Thank you. On my other account, they have all posted with no issues and they have the condition in the title too. The one on this account just seem stuck. They are in the ‘ready to post’ section, but aren’t posting.

I deleted them all and will try to reimport. If that doesn’t work, I’ll drop you a line.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
