Included in google - but - google is suppressing item(s)

On "Advertise Items — > Broadcaster it says my items are “Sold On” Bonanza and Google.

Looking at the feed, it states that digital items are “suppressed” on greedy google.

Could someone clarify this? Because if I’m paying for items to be included in google giant only to have them suppress the item, well, let’s just say there’s a problem here…

Here’s a screenshot…

If the item is google suppressed, then you are not paying for it.

My guess is since they are the exact same item (they have the same title), and duplicates are not allowed in google shopping (Google Product Search which is not the same as google organic search) then the feed is suppress on one of the items to prevent suspension of your entire feed for duplication.

If they are not the exact same item, then you will need to indicated some way that they are not…

Google does not suppress, it can suspend your feed, but the suppression is either done with your settings (Batch Edit, Search Optimize, there is an option to suppress on certain items or under Edit Booth options..Add my items to google shopping) or done when bonanza sends the feed if there could be a problem with the item

Certain digital goods are not allowed on google, so I would contact bonanza to see if that is the reason

But your items are still in google, just not Google Product Search (Google Shopping)

Tx for the response ccmom – I don’t have duplicates. The screen shot is from two different sections. The 1st from the “broadcaster”, 2nd from the feed. I don’t have my items on any other site, either, so duplicate can’t be the problem. Every digital item says it is “suppressed”. Perplexing.

Then I would check the settings under Search Optimize and see if a reason is given, if not, select items and then Disable under google suppression. The other is to check bonz and see if digital goods are suppressed automatically

Tx again, ccmom. I’ll do that – beginning to think google is suppressing all digital goods. Think I’ve had it trying to please that beast!

I found the problem. I have to be a “Gold level member” before Bonz will submit my digital items.
