Is sku a trait for variable items in csv files?

Let’s say we offer red shirts in sizes, could we list them in the csv file in the trait [URL removed]

“[[[URL removed] 5][[URL removed] 9.99][[URL removed]
“[[[URL removed] 10][[URL removed] 9.99][[URL removed]

And let’s say we wanted the plus sizes to be priced higher, could we have [URL removed]

“[[[URL removed] 5][[URL removed] 12.99][[URL removed]
