Issue with "new" in the title of each listing

Hello, I export my inventory from Ebay to Bonanza. As you can see I sell postcards and in some of the listing titles I’ll have a postcard from New York or New Jersey, so the Bonanza software changes the condition from “Used” to “New” when the word “New” is in the title.

Is there anyway to fix this besides manually going into each of these listings and changing the condition back to “Used?”

([URL removed] I have contacted the Customer Support dept over a few other problems, but no one ever responds back. It’s been 2 weeks!)

You can use the batch edit feature to edit item traits. First, search (filter) your items for “New York”, and then select the “Item traits” option to edit the traits. Click on the green box that [URL removed] “Edit traits for all filtered items” to see only those filtered items. Keep in mind that items that have “New York” anywhere in the description (or other traits) will also show up in the filtered results.

Change the appropriate item conditions from “New” to “Used” and then save those changes. Repeat for New Jersey items.
