Item is ready to post. update your booth so buyers can see it.

I added a product and i get this message “1 item is ready to post. Update your booth so buyers can see it.” And below it has Update Booth option. I click on it and it takes me to my booth page. If I go back to product page the notification still says to update your booth. So my product is still not visible.

Are you using your back button? Sometimes that makes it look like it didn’t update. If that’s what you did, try the update link, the go back to your page using its link instead. If that isn’t it, then I’m not sure what’s up!

Is it possible your item is one that needs to pass review by bonanza?
It is also possible that there is a lot of processing going on, or a glitch as loves_birds mentioned.

If you haven’t already tried it, log out clear your cookie cache, log in and try to update your booth again. I have had to do this before, but it has been a while.

Then if that doesn’t work email [email protected] and let them know the problem and the steps you went thru to attempt a fix.

Have you tried updating this way?: Selling → add or edit items → update booth. Maybe the link they give you is befuddled. :)

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
