Just joined sales ?

Hi I wanted to know if sales are profitable with Bonanza? I am presently an EBAY seller and I want to get far away from them. It seems like this website has awesome reviews but just wondering if items are selling.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello areino1027,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Bonanza! We have many successful sellers who are coming over from eBay due to changes in their policies and fees. Bonanza makes a great alternative marketplace! One of the most common questions we receive is how to increase sales. While each seller’s business is different, it is difficult to form one response on how to increase sales, but we have created a great help page with some tips and tricks to get you [URL removed]

Hi, I’m in the same situation as you. I’ve sold on Ebay for over 18 years and just couldn’t handle it any more. In one week my sales dropped down to about 16% of what they had been before that. I’ve been on Bonanza for about 5 days and no luck so far with sales, but I’ve got about 170 items for sale so far and I’m doing whatever I can find to promote my items. I’m still on Ebay since that’s the only place I’m getting any sales at all.

I love ebay , just thought I’d give this a try too. Love the site , the concept , just not working for me. Not doing anything differently than other site.

It takes a lot of promoting! And if your priced right and what your selling. You need to find your target audience. Do you have a Facebook page, Twitter, Pinterest, blog, even LinkedIn (I’m a member of a vintage and antique group that deals with a lot of items you have in your booth). I, too, agree sales are slow here. From what I’ve read, they are amping up their advertising next year. This place has so much potential, but they’re trying not to make it “another ebay”.

What do you mean by "another ebay " ? They call their site " ebay alternative ".they link with ebay & amazon. Why would you do that if you didn’t want to be as successful ? ?
