I purchased Microsoft Office 2011 Home & Business for MAC Fast Download Lifetime Official from gloryold. It worked for a year but when I installed a new internal hard drive, the product link just stopped working.
Any ideas?

In general, Microsoft software products are protected by “activation” and usually cannot be installed on additional hard drives. This includes replacement or second hard drives. Your problem may be a copy protection issue if the software had already been installed/activated.
If you had already activated the software on one hard drive/computer (and only had a license for one installation), the software usually cannot be installed on a second device. The combination of your computer, the activation code and the hard drive you originally installed on are linked together as one installation.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
