I just bought and installed Microsoft Office 2013 from Bonanza. When I went to open it after installing it I was asked if I wanted to try, buy or activate it. I don’t have an activation key and Bonanza Help says I don’t need an activation (or coa) key. I bought this as a fully working piece of software but I don’t know how to get around these 3 questions. What have others done to activate it?

Hello [URL removed]
Don’t know who you bought from, but I made a purchase for Windows Office 2013 Professional Suite. I had read all of the seller’s product description, instructions and profile. I emailed first with any questions, before I ordered. I was satisfied with the communication, and placed my order.
My activation key was sent to my email within an hour after my order was paid. I installed the product, following all of the directions of the seller. From the Microsoft website where I signed in to, I had to first select that I have an activation key, not that I wanted to purchase the software. When I selected that, the download started.
When the download was complete, I installed the product. After it was installed, I opened Word and my activation process started. I chose to activate over the phone, as the seller had instructed me to do.
I followed the phone instructions from Microsoft, that were coordinated with the computer screen. Everything went through without a hitch at all. I got a Microsoft confirmation#, and when I opened all of my applications they worked just fine.
I am sorry that you had this problem, but so far my seller delivered as promised. I hate for sellers to be wrongly judged, just as buyers sometimes are.
I hope your seller turns out to be as reliable as mine was.
Good luck to you,
Sandi

Not that it matters to you now since you purchased your Microsoft software but there are FREE alternatives to MS Office from OpenOffice.org
Perhaps may help others rather than make Microsoft richer than they already are.
