My titles and descriptions changed to items that arent mine?

I have put in a ticket to Bonanza, many of my items ( I sell toys) seem to have different titles, descriptions and photos added to the listings? My original photos are still on the ad, but other info has been inputed.. Is this a site error or was my account hacked? UPDATE on 5/30, Bonanza has dismissed my ticket and not solved this problem, are you all sending in notices that are having this???

I just logged in to find the exact same thing happened to 10 of mine! Textbooks! My booth has been on vacation, so nobody saw them, thankfully! Did you get any help or any explanations?

thanks for the reply, Bonanza dismissed my ticket after they said they had no idea why this happened, It wasnt on my end, something is going on with their site and now I have a member flagging my posts for being inaccurate.

It says that the items were uploaded from ebay at the details at the bottom and goes to Xbox info, like this was an ebay download to my bonanza account?? It shows a link at the bottom of my add to an ebay listing? [URL removed]

I am having the same issue. Two of my items that I have had listed for over a year had their descriptions changed. One item is a pair of PTA Teacher award pins and suddenly it has a description of a textbook. The other is a little horse and cart and it also has a description of another textbook, SKU, publishing company and all. I don’t even sell books. I notified support and placed both of the items on reserve so they no longer show in my booth. Your link is identical to what has happened in my booth.

thanks for the comment, no reply as of yet

The same has happened to a lot of my listings (they have been far to many to take it as a mistakes of the “copy item” option of listings).

Also, in some other listings, which had a specific and successfully saved fonts (they’ve looked OK for some period), I’ve noticed up to 4! different fonts and letters’ sizes in the same description.
Since only font has been mixed, I’ve changed these listings and kept them online.

I can’t be sure, when it started, as I didn’t open my listings very often (title and photos were matching, but descriptions were from different items) – I put them all on reserved.

Now, online, I have only 119 items left to check.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
