Newbie questions

Hi, I am new to Bonanza and I am starting to find my way around the site.I am curious as to why I never heard of Bonanza until yesterday? Although it shows that I joined a while ago I must have forgotten.Where is the best place to get help? Learn the ropes? Also I search 100s of items daily on google and I have never had Bonanza items show up,thought that was unusual? Thanks inadvance to any and all that can help get started here.
I am excited ! I hope this is a great place to buy & sell.Vickilynn

I hchecked on Google shopping and none of my items show. It used to but now I can’t find them when I search for them. Any thoughts anyone?

It seems that Bonanza no longer sends sellers’ items to Google Shopping unless seller is using at least the 9% advertising level and even then, not all may show – at a 19% advertising level, only about half of my items show up on Google Shopping. Bonanza is what it is, not what it was….

Hi A_Touch_of_Maine,
Welcome to Bonanza! We’re so happy to have you here! We looked at your booth and see you have some nice collectibles. You have selected a final value fee that allows us to advertise your items on Google shopping and our affiliates. If you search on Google and click on the Shopping tab, you will see many Bonanza listings. We searched for your book and saw it come up in Google Shopping as the top listing!

Bonanza has been around for 8 years but has never done the advertising that eBay or Amazon have done to get better known. If a seller uses one of the advertising levels, some of their items may get picked up on google, but as Bonanza no longer gives sellers much of a free boost, new sellers to Bonanza will need to use social media to promote, promote, promote &/or use one of the advertising levels to get their items seen and then hope for sales. Bonanza is not an eBay or Amazon where you can just list items and they’ll sell. It takes a lot of hard work to get noticed on Bonanza…

Google just made some changes, and our views are now for the worse. I have paid advertising, and even with that, many of my items do not show up till I contact support, then they show up, I am not sure why this is. I have seen listings on Google Shopping by Bonanza members, but not sure of their advertising level and they are few and far between.
