I see you have been a member of Bonanza since March 27, 2013! That is 9 days, not 11. But you should have received confirmation within a day or 2 of your order. Depending on what you purchased. I wish you luck in getting this resolved!

“That is 9 days, not 11.” She/he has the Bonanzler badget, so I understand that it’s her/his second account. Maybe the purchase was on the stated date on the other account.

I don’t think the March 27th date is material. It’s 2013!

I’m correcting my post above as I just looked at the OPs profile and the join date is 3/27/15. Carry on. ![URL removed]

I am sorry this happened to you…

Without a response from the seller, I would go to the Order Resolution Center and follow the instructions given there

I’m very sorry you experience [URL removed]

Would you be kind enough to tell us later, if this seller had quite a lot of sales till your purchase or it was a new account.

I hope for the best in your case.

PS I keep in mind, that sometimes some unexpected serious problems (e.g health, etc.) can occur to the seller, so serious, that she/he couldn’t be able to contact.

But I think you will be covered by some kind of Buyer Protection.

If the item shipped with tracking the seller should have entered that info when the item was marked as “shipped” on Bonanza. I don’t know your seller’s experience level, feedback or location, what their shipping time is on the listing ([URL removed] 2 days to mail it out), or what the estimated delivery date was on the listing BUT you should have received a response by now.

If you are PAST the expected date of delivery (plus a few days) as per the listing AND the seller doesn’t respond, go to the order resolution center as suggested. If that doesn’t work out for you then go to paypal, Check Out by Amazon, etc (depending on how you paid) & let them know it was not received. You do have buyer protection through the payment source & if the seller can’t show via tracking that it was delivered your money should be refunded. Not to worry!
