Not getting emails from bonanza

I am no longer getting any emails from Bonanza. I looked at my account yesterday and saw an offer and 2 questions from 2 weeks ago that I never got emails on. My email is set to accept emails from Bonanza and they are not going into a spam folder – they just stopped sending them. How can I get this fixed?

Hey everyone,

Two things we recommend before emailing us is to make sure the emails aren’t in your spam/promotions folder. Second, we recommend adding “[email protected]” to your safe sender or email contact list to ensure pertinent messages regarding your Bonanza account arrive in your inbox.

Same here – no bill notifications, no sales notifications (when there is one). I log in every day otherwise I’d miss everything. My last bill went on my Discover card, which I really don’t like because it’s never more than a few dollars. Prefer to use PayPal. This month I remembered to check the bill just in time to pay with PP.

This has been like this for me for quite a while now. Anyone else?

there never was notification of bills..ever, but I am still getting all the others..

We have been getting emails from Bonanza with sales and a few offers. So it seems to be working for us. Wish they would send a notification of bills due, I thought they use to send them.

For the first time in ages, I got a notification that my bill was due by today. I am so glad I had the opportunity to pay it with PayPal.

You can always pay with PayPal.

If you view your invoice on-line (which you can do anytime) Selling Dashboard> Billing by the 5th (? maybe it’s the 4th) the PayPal option is there. If you make other sales throughout the month and want to pay them right away, just send support a note stating you want to pay your account now, and they will happily put the button up for you.
