Hi all,
I’m trying to setup my Checkout by Amazon stuff, but I’m getting an error message that says I’m not part of the CBA Marketplace when I enter my info. I’ve used this same info successfully on other venues, so I’m confused as to why it’s failing here.
Also, on my Amazon Seller Central account, I don’t see the Integration menu or the “checkout pipeline” menu items mentioned in the help pages, so I’m not sure what’s up with that. Amazon doesn’t like people having multiple seller accounts, so I’m leery of setting up a new one, especially since it works fine on 2 other venues.
Any ideas?

Since the Integration and the Checkout Pipeline (under Settings in the drop down menu) are visiable across the top of my account when I check in to Seller Central, makes me think that you are in a different area of Amazon…I believe there are different types of checkout accounts (I believe Checkout by Amazon and an Amazon Seller/Amazon payments account are different types of accounts)

I do not know if Jeremy is still there, but he was the person we were supposed to contact if we had trouble integrating CBA here

Thanks,CindyBear! I don’t have that menu available on my Amazon Seller account, so I suppose I’ll have to check with Amazon to see what’s going on. I also sell on Amazon, and I know the money I earn there goes in a different “pot” than what I get from Amazon Checkout on other venues. It’s rather confusing, especially since I have 3 other venues using CBA with no difficulties.
