Is anyone else experiencing this? I sold an item on Nov 26th and had NO IDEA until I just happened to log into Bonanza and see the sale and several messages from the buyer. PayPal isn’t helpful because their “Items to Ship” filter doesn’t even work.

That happened to me a couple times, too. Just be sure to log in every day, that way you’ll never fall behind.

I am also having the same problem. Can’t figure out what’s wrong.

Yes…it’s best to log in and check at least once a day. I have a 1-2 day ship policy which allows me to check every evening for anything that needs to ship the next morning. I haven’t had any problems with PayPal though.

Not sure whats going on with the email system. I changed the email in this booth yesterday morning and its still going over to the old account. Contacted support and they said it had to be verified, but didn’t tell me how to do that or if they where going to do something

I sold my first item yesterday. I would have never known if it were not for the notifications I have setup on my Paypal app. I’m starting to dislike the Bonanza experience as a seller.
