I have chosen to “Allow items to be purchased immediately (”buy it now")" from the beginning (see the attached screenshot).
What else and where I have to mark, so Buyers will not need to wait for an approval?
I offered a free listing and on this order it [URL removed]
“A shopper has placed an order and needs your approval.
You’re just clicks away from another sale.
(…) has placed an order, and you have chosen to require approval before the transaction is processed.”
Well, I haven’t chosen this…
Any tip would be appreciated.
Thank You.
P.S. By the time I could see and approve it, some other Buyer had placed an order, so I will add later the reserved freebie for the second Customer.

Check the location of the buyer, if you do not ship worldwide, or do not have international shipping set up for certain locations, then this may be a buyer that is not in a location you ship to and Bonanza gives the option to sell to the person or not…..
Check to make sure that there is a complete address/sometimes there is an error or incomplete address…again you are given the chance to contact buyer to verify information.
This can come if there is any question or information that may not be complete…and bonz gives you the option to check into the transaction

- Since it is a freebie (and usually freebies are given with purchase) bonz was probably just verifying..go ahead and mark as paid and send if everything is ok
- there have been issues where people come in and put all the freebies they can find in carts and try to checkout..even though booths are set up with freebie with purchase. This is probably why you were notified
- oh and just call me Cindy
OK, thank You, [URL removed]
This was a freebie… free and without a purchase required.
To spread promo listings and avoid the situation that only one customer would collect freebies, I asked B. to add one more option to a freebie policy “Users can have one freebie without buying an item.”, but in an automated message it was refused “At this time, we are unable to implement your idea.”
These are existing [URL removed] 1. No freebie policy specified. 2. Users can have one freebie per item they buy. 3. Users can have unlimited freebies after buying one item. 4. Users can have unlimited freebies without buying an item.
I choose nr 1, which resulted in this message on the Buyer [URL removed] “I did add the Freebie to my cart, but it says that I can’t checkout with it until I add an item that I intend to pay for.”
And I had this link on “Send (…) an invoice for this item”, so I used it to proceed, but B. system didn’t allow me to send an invoice with zero amount – see here my [URL removed] [URL removed]
Hm, now I know that “No freebie policy specified” will ask the Buyer to purchase some product… (But maybe this is the correct way to deny here the multiple free service to one user? And adding an annotation to the description?).
In this case, I had to choose option nr 4 “Users can have unlimited freebies without buying an item”, the Buyer was able to proceed, but then I was still asked for approval (as I wrote above in the first post).

Hey everyone,
Quite often we are contacted at support by sellers who had buyers checkout freebies when they should have bundled the freebie with an item from their booth.
To avoid that from happening in the future, we have prevented freebies from being able to be checked out. We can make this better by editing the cart message for the buyer, directing them back to your booth so they can add an item and get the freebie. We are working on enhancing that message as I type.
As for users who have freebie services, you will no longer be able to use checkout but you are welcome to use the email and chat box to conduct your services.
I hope this helps, let us know if you have any questions.<<
This Thread may help.

- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
