I noticed that I have many double listings that occur when I relist on Ebay BUT my reason for writing is that my REAL TIME CHAT does not work NOR does the feature that says what to go to like NEWEST or MOST POPULAR in search.. why the glitch in the system?

You are correct. The Chat Box only works intermittently. Many times, the only way to get the sort (for newest, highest price, etc.) to work is to Refresh the browser page, and then it will work. (I use Firefox.) This has been going on for a long time, maybe since their making “most popular” the default. Same thing for displaying all the items. Often only the first page displays, and there is no way to display the rest. Refreshing the page works then, too, but of course a Buyer would not know any of this.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
