Seller hasn't responded.

I bought an item from a seller. I messaged them twice about it and how long I should be waiting till it gets to me. No response. It has been two days now. Should I be worried?

I don’t blame you for being concerned. Most sellers are faster to provide communication. If you havne’t heard by tomorrow morning I’d contact Bonanaza.

To contact support just go to the Help page (look at top of page on left.) On the left of that page there is a link to contact support—they do answer fast.

They may be on vacation, or just be swamped with sales. try a few more times and then contact bonanza asking what your next steps should be.

I ordered it Saturday so maybe I might need to give him so time to ship it but replying to my messages would give me comfort.

Sat. yeah…most PO are not even open on weekends, mine isn’t, so yeah, probably should actually let the item get mailed first…and perhaps message through PP if you used it to purchase, sometimes sellers do not get the bonanza ‘bmail’ notifications

However, you can click on their ID which will take you to their profile, which will give last log in date….if it appears that they are have not been around for a while, contact support

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
