Sellers fees are now taken right away from paypal?

Just sold an item and noticed something strange (unless I missed an announcement). My PayPal transaction was deducted by Bonanza by that 9% (stated as partner Bonanza fee).
When looked in the Billing, Bonanza “waived” that 9% on their site and stated it was a promo. Well, it wasn`t a promo because they still took that 9%.
What if that “promo” ends – does Bonanza is going to take from PayPal and charge me on their end?
I think it was oddly done the way they put already charged fees as “promo”.

Normally the Bonanza Partner Fee at Paypal is the sales tax charged on your order (paid by the buyer).

You should be able to see the Tax Collected by Bonanza, the [URL removed] Promotions and Total Fee (the waived amount) on the Order in your Seller Dashboard. Find the order in question and see if the figures are the same.

If so, I would say your buyer’s sales tax rate is 9%. Then Bonanza gave the buyer a 9% “promo discount” (most likely your advertising percentage) which Bonanza then waived in your Billing because it was given to the customer as a discount. You essentially “paid” the fee by not receiving that amount from the customer.

I consider millions of individuals use PayPal and this makes it simple to get installment from anybody, anyplace. The safety efforts set up guarantee your asset is free from any and all harm. In spite of the fact that PayPal has a fairly awful standing, it makes them recover characteristics.
