Sent someone a link to my store and the photo is different.

Sent someone a link to my store and the photo attached to the link is of a Ralph Lauren skirt that I am selling…not my avatar or banner. It’s supposed to show my antique vintage charm bracelet. Can I change this?

This is an official Bonanza response.

After checking your booth, we see that your profile picture and booth banner are now photos of what looks to be your antique vintage charm bracelet. However, if you send a link to your booth in specific messengers it’s possible a description of your booth and a photo of your newest item will appear.

If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to us in support and we’ll help explain this in further detail.

It never happened before until now. The charm bracelet was my brand to my store. Is there any way I can get it back to the way it was.

If you send the link directly from the home page of your booth, the last item you added will be the one showing.

Thanks, Karen…I found a way to insert the link in emails that have no photos attached. It just goes straight to my store and the first thing you see is my bracelets.

The bracelet is my brand photo. I do not want the last item I added to represent my store.
