Somehow item prices in my booth have been changed - not by me!

I’m doing some routine maintenance, and finding that prices on several items have been changed to really oddball [URL removed] $7.19, $18.39, $4.80, $5.60, $13.27, and so on. I’ve never used prices even vaguely like that. What’s happening?

Hi @cshort0319,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. If you haven’t already done so, please contact us at [email protected] so we can take a deeper look at your booth and listings to determine the issue. We look forward to hearing from you there soon!

Hi Carolyn

My prices were changed too, but they were changed to CAD from USD. I just changed that at the bottom of the page. I don’t actually know why it changes on me so often.

Mine are ok in all of my booths. Did you possibly create a public coupon that is changing the prices?

At one point, I had a coupon, which has long since expired; yet ssomehow I think it caused prices to actually change. I am going through 1 by 1 to fix them, but it is tedious work.

This should never have happened! Never!

I update my listings from ebay. But I have ongoing problems where prices were not updated or inexplicably different, like you. Same thing on postage, the amounts I show on ebay are different than on here, so I never know whether any given item is correct. I am thinking I may have to run this site entirely separately, no downloading form another site
