Strange activity on my wish list also

I saw the last thread that was posted about this, but wanted Bonanza to know its probably happening to most of us? Why? Here is a list of users that put my items on their wish list, when they were active and how many items they have in their wishlist. Very strange.

Here are 3 that have added to my wish list also and the dates they were active!!

Bonzuser_renia
4/1-4/4
22,700 items in their wish list

Bonzuser_apikj
3/30-3-31
8946

Bonzuser_unyog
3/24-3/28
40,849

I also have some that have almost my entire booth items in their wish list. Maybe support should put a limiter and also have the list expire after a set amount of days

Irene0526 says: April 05, 2016

Bonzuser_unyog was the dude on my list. I’ve since relisted the item onto another site, so it’s no longer on their list.

Irene0526 says: April 05, 2016

@FrogAndBearCreations I like that idea…put a limit on the number of items in a wish list! Good thinking!

misskeech says: April 05, 2016

I like that idea also!

kyliesklotheskloset says: April 05, 2016

I have a new one to add unfortunately. Bonzuser_anuti with over 12,000 items in their wish list :(

misskeech says: April 05, 2016

Kylies, i have a feeling there are many more doing this also!

MomentsInThyme says: April 06, 2016

I agree with putting a limit & expiration. Good idea! Thank you ladies. Rita at MomentsInThyme

Thank you BonanzaKaty!

Please keep us posted Katy![URL removed] I have yet another person doing it to add to the growing list…..bonzuser_anuti with over 12,000 items in wish list

jennafashionboutique says: April 06, 2016

yes i have the same user wish listing mine

I have it too…and I think they are “drop shippers” they list items at sites like zabiva, Ergode and a few others for outrageous prices, then when someone buys the items, they find the items online somewhere and purchase from other sellers and have the items sent to their buyers…

Also some international sites are also doing it…

And I have found my items on these other questionable sites before…and actually on ebay. I used to get a buyer who would load up the cart make outrageously low offers, then counter offer and stall on answers..and then after 7 or 14 days either purchase part or none of the items…one day while searching I found my “listings” on ebay and since I do not list on ebay…I checked the seller ID and guess what, it was the same ID the guy used to purchase here….also found him on Amazon selling too…

He is now a blocked buyer…If he wants to buy to resale, fine, but to hold my items for 7-14 days while he is waiting for his auctions to end is not Cool

As to posting userID, those are non-registered anonymous ID’s given by bonz…An affiliate would have to register…..and affiliates (I used to be one with my old site….way before blogs existed) would be better making several widgets and posting them on their sites..that is the way they make money is through clicks if the items sell

They have to have a steel stomach to pull something like that! :( No wonder then, why some customers are complaining about not receiving purchased items… Thank You for this detailed answer.

ccmom says: April 04, 2016

no idea if that is what these people are doing…but to ‘save’ so many items like that, it would not surprise me…

The_Lingerie_Lounge says: April 04, 2016

on my other booth, they put my “collage” in their wishlist. A small collection of some of my items i have up. Strange?? Why wishlist that??

ccmom says: April 04, 2016

quick way to find location of items

Irene0526 says: April 05, 2016

I noticed it’s items that have clean backgrounds, white ones preferrably. The “professional” looking listings.

The_Lingerie_Lounge says: April 05, 2016

Candyapple, not so much on mine. I have a collage with 3 photos in my booth for a bra, one pic shows a heart and says “Free Shipping” There is a new one that saved this pic. Other ones were removed, probably by Bonanza.

EmbellishMart says: April 05, 2016

My items are largely handmade, not drop ship-type merchandise. About 5-7 have been wish-listed by the largest saver. Would not ever welcome someone buying my stuff to fulfill exorbitantly-priced listings.

Do you have Turbo packet or some other promotional program?

Maybe these are some kind of “affiliate” accounts that add items, which they are supposed to promote, to their wish list, just to have easier access to listings?

Anyway, the 3 You’ve mentioned are already closed.

BTW, I’m a little bit surprised, how easily You’ve posted here users’ nicks (instead of sending first a message to the B. support), before getting some official answer about this activity.

@Artists Union, No, i do not have that &this thread was discussed the other day, i just wanted to let others know that my other booth has “suspicious” activity also. Please see the closed thread to this subject, and yes i have contacted support regarding this. I am not a newbie to this community.

ArtistsUnion says: April 04, 2016

I’ve seen Your post there as well. Thank You for Your answer. You are a successful and for sure experienced seller, what, in Your opinion, they have been trying to do?

The_Lingerie_Lounge says: April 04, 2016

I dont know. But i have seen this in more than one selling group, I saw a comment that it happened on Amazon also with their wishlist. So I dont know. But wanted Bonanza to be aware of this.

As some have shared in the 2 other posts about this, this person is [URL removed] Bonzuser_unyog 3/24-3/28 40,849. My “Recent Activity” widget is clear of the 5 handmades adds to wish list that the person did too. I’m glad I don’t have to look at that!
