Support chat status question

Is the Support CHAT available on weekends as well? For the last several days, message indicates not available. Hours listed are 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. Is there a Support Number to call?

Bonanza Pro members with Gold, Platinum or Titan memberships can request a private chat session with a Bonanza support agents between 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific time.

You are a Gold Member, so you may have provided with the instructions on how to initiate a Chat Session. Not sure about chat support on weekends or holidays.

Thanks for responding…there is a Button or Link on the Contact Us Page (under Help section) however, it is not a “clickable” or “live” link. Perhaps there is another option?

I am having the same issue with chat support. I am a platinum pro member and the chat support was a huge benefit for me and one of the selling points for upgrading my membership.The chat support button has never been activated once since I have been a seller here and that is really disappointing, especially when emails are taking 3 and 4 days to get a response right now. The “We have received your support ticket” email that is sent out says that Bonanza tries to respond within 8 hours for Pro members but it is taking days. I am hoping someone can help with this.
