I’ve been trying to add my new credit card ever since my other one expired but after about 3 weeks of trying I have still not been successful.
My address is the same as I’ve always had and there are no issues with my card, I have now tried with other cards as well and still no success.
Bonanza support are doing all they can in trying to help and I am grateful but I can’t seem to find a solution.
Wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how were you able to solve it.

This is an ongoing problem here. Don’t understand WHY Bonanza doesn’t get it fixed. Seems just about everyone has problems entering or updating a credit card. Come on Bonanza this has been going on for over a year get on the stick and fix the problem!!!!!!

It’s been a problem on Bonanza and has been brought to their attention.

This happened to me in July. My card expired in August. I just waited until it expired, then got an email from Bonz saying my card had expired and then I could change the expiration date.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
