What is wrong with Bonanza that stuff does NOT work???? Have spent two hours trying to update my credit card or put in a new one and nothing works here. Sent note to support and got nothing but a chain letter reply and checked it all off including calling my credit card company who said everything is fine and nothing has been turned away. Checked everything else in the chain letter and all was fine but site still says my card is about to expire and every time I try to type it in I get an error message…… I have updated this credit card on multiple sites today and it worked fine every place else but NOT on Bonanza. One thing I did notice Bonanza does not have any place to put in what brand of credit card it is. So maybe that is the problem. This is the same card I have used all the years I been here. Service here is getting worse by the day. They want to be paid but yet one can’t get a payment method entered. Doesn’t make sense. [URL removed] If you have this problem and are using 5 number zip plus four don’t. That is the way it was on my credit card so that is what I typed in but it wouldn’t work. Support finally said use on the 5 number and that worked. What a pain and a waste of time.
