Upload error

I am importing my product from Shopify with the API. When I press connect it gives me error. Can someone help me please?

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear of the troubles you’re having with the Shopify importer. We’re currently working on updating your account data and we hope this will fix the issue. We do see that an import completed and you’ll want to go to Selling > Add or Edit Items to view the listings that imported to your account.
