I am very interested in opening a Web Store, But I have a couple of questions..
Does the Web Store has a dropdown menu for Variations?
Such as style or Buyer can add their own variation??
Is there a spot for a buyer to send seller a note or instuctions?

If you mean variations like size or color in a listing, it will be the same as your booth.
I do not believe there is a way to have a buyer add their own variation.
The contact info for your store is your email address that is displayed on all pages. So that is where buyers can send notes and instructions.

Your webstore will have the exact same variations that you have in your booth. Whatever you want in your webstore you put in your booth and it is automatically copied to the webstore.
So if your variations are supported in your booth, they are supported in your webstore. Things like personalization that the buyer needs to specify, will have to be done through email.

The short answer to what you posted below is “No.”
That is why t-shirt sellers on bonanza list each possibility as a different listing with only a size and color drop down menu. All personalization has to be done by bmail for booths and email for webstores. Thank goodness we have unlimited listing.
The key right now is, if you can do it in your booth, you can do it in your webstore.

What I mean by variations is Lets say an item can have different sayings on it is there away to set-up a drop down menu that would give the options available.
