Mine was I sold a pair of New old stock Ortho shoes to a lady. She put them on and wore them to a funeral. Well they fell apart on her and she was fuming mad(rightfully so). She had to walk around the funeral barefooted. She called me every thing but a Milk Cow. I refunded her of course and she settled down.

Years ago I sold a Mickey Mouse watch to a buyer and got a message back that said they received a different watch than what I had listed. On the one I had listed, Mickey’s arms were at 10 and 2 but the watch the buyer received had the arms at 7 and 5. The buyer wanted one with Mickey’s arms up in the air. I wished I could have seen the buyers face when I explained how the watch told the time. Some days, we aren’t dealing with rocket scientists, or as my granddad use to say, “This ain’t Rocket Surgery”.

here is a couple…one as a buyer
Way back when bonanza was still Bonanzle…
I purchase an item from a booth and had it sent to another seller here as a gift…the buyer preference settings allowed us to enter Preferred shipping addresses. We can enter several so that items can be sent to others. I put the other seller’s address in to have the item sent.
A few months later I bought several toys for nieces and nephews for Christmas. The items never arrived. I checked the tracking and the package went to (guess) the other seller that I sent the gift to earlier….I had never changed my preferred shipping address back to mine…
Of course the recipient had been posting a few times (I somehow missed it) about receiving a box of toys from an anonymous source…luckily she repacked and sent them to me…
Now a couple as a seller
From my other booth….
Someone bought a 3.75 inch Star Wars action figure…
She contacted to get refund because the doll was smaller than her little girl thought it would be…
I said pack it up, send it back and I would refund…she did, no issues..
So how big did she think 3.75 inches was..anyway
However, I am glad that they are now selling the Forces of Destiny 12 inch dolls for little girls…
Another from my bear booth way back
Buyer bought a bear…then sent it back minus the outfit it was wearing.
Said wanted refund for the bear..all she really wanted was the clothes for a project her daughter was doing for school…
I kept the naked bear but I did not refund her. Sorry, item was not damaged, a mistake or returned in original condition…later re-sold the bear sans clothing

On another site, I listed a six inch length of rhinestone chain – very inexpensively. Woman e-mailed [URL removed] I want to make a belt for myself with this. Will it fit me? “Not unless your waist is six inches or less.” I replied. She got quite huffy – but at least, she hadn’t purchased it…..

lol. Your post is hilarious, TNT.
I wish I had a funny one to tell.
But my hardest ones on two different occasions were when I accidentally swapped two customers’ packages I sent out.
I was emailed by one father that had purchased a Littlest Pet Shop pet for his daughter. He emailed me saying “you can imagine my daughter’s look of surprise when she opened up a box of Star Wars invitation cards.”
Needless to say and thankfully, on the two separate occasions, I was able to get both buyers to send the other one their package…I just had to give them some extra gas money to go to the PO and the money for shipping.
