Please give the seller a little bit of a break here. It appears that you joined Bonanza on 8/23 (and probably ordered that same day). Even though both you and the seller appear to be located in the UK, it has been only a total of 6 days since you placed the order. Taking out Saturday and Sunday, and the fact that the seller may not have packaged and dropped off your item for delivery until 8/24, your package may only be in the delivery system for a total of 3 business days (including today, 8/29).
The seller does state that items are shipped within 1 day, except that purchases made on Saturday don’t get shipped until Monday. Checking the seller’s eBay history, it looks like you don’t need to worry about getting your item. The seller’s feedback on both eBay and Bonanza is very good.
Allow a few more days for the item to arrive. However, you can always send the seller a message to inquire about shipping and/or tracking info.

You need to contact the seller directly from whom you purchased your order. It is likely they will never see your question (?) here. Send them a message on the email they have provided on whatever payment venue you used. If it has been a much longer time than a few days, contact your Paypal (or whatever payment venue you used) and let them know. If it has been just a few days, many have been impacted by tornadoes, flooding, etc. and lack power. You haven’t provided enough info in your post to me more specific. Just some thoughts.

You will have to ask the seller as stated above…however, it appears the purchase was made on 8/23 and it is now 8/29…with a weekend in there, so I am guessing only about 3 business days have passed, not counting today..
Contact the seller first and if not getting a response, contact the payment provider.
Good Luck

Please give it more time. IF you are concerned, you need to contact the seller directly., if after a reasonable amount of time or if the sellers is not answering you back, you can contact the payment provider and open a dispute.
We are all independent stores on Bonanza. You need to contact the sellers directly for each item purchased.

If the item does not arrive and there has been no contact with the seller, the first step you should take is to contact Bonanza to open a dispute. If that gets you nowhere, then contact your payment provider.

Your seller should have provided you with a tracking number so that you can see hwere it is at all times.

- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
